The purpose of this privacy notice
This privacy notice gives you information about your personal data that we hold for the purpose of contacting you about a book you have ordered, sending you your regular Bible study notes or other publications that you may have requested, together with any marketing promotions if required.
The Heath Christian Bookshop is the controller for overseeing your data. If you have any questions about this privacy notice, including any requests to exercise your legal right please contact the Bookshop Manager.
This is the information relating to you as the customer of the Bookshop.

We process personal information of our customers in relation to the matters covered in this notice, as detailed above.

It is important that the data we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if there are any changes.

We do not disclose your data to any other parties.
We have put in place appropriate measures to prevent your data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. We limit access to the Bookshop Manager and Volunteers who have a need to know. They are under a duty of confidentiality.
We will retain your personal data for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests described above.
We reserve the right to delete your personal data if it is no longer reasonably necessary and has been out of date for some time.

- The right to request erasure of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for us to continue holding this.
